The ceramic CrushGrind® mechanism is located at the top of the mill. This thoughtful design ensures that no residual grounds are left on the table when a Dorotea mill is put down. The ceramic mechanism can handle salt, pepper and dried spices, all while ensuring that flavour really come to the fore. The position of the grinder offers several advantages: gravity naturally guides the spices into the grinder for a more uniform grind. The mill also sits comfortably in your hand, giving you a comfortable grip and better control. Thanks to its four different coarseness settings, it’s also easy to adjust the seasoning to different preferences.
