Goods Arrived Damaged?
If for some reason your goods arrived damaged, we will do everything we can to fix the issue as quickly as possible. Just call us on – (02) 9998 8200 - or contact us. We want you to be 100% happy with your Design Mode International purchase and if the condition of the product isn't what was promised, we'll fix it for you. Please make sure you contact us with in 7 days of accepting delivery.
Have a Warranty Claim?
With warranty claims, we will assist with any concerns or issues to facilitate a smooth process. We have a great rapport with our suppliers, and will work directly with them to ensure any warranty issues are rectified in a timely manner. We strive to make your Design Mode International experience both positive and rewarding. Any refund of the purchase price of the returned product will exclude delivery charges.
Have You Changed Your Mind?
If you have received a product from Design Mode International and it isn't damaged, but you've changed your mind and don't wish to keep it, then send it back to us unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of accepting delivery. Returning the item(s) to Design Mode International will be at the expense of the customer. We do not offer refund on sale items due to incorrect choice or change of mind. Please call us on – (02) 9998 8200 - or contact us for a return authorisation number. Please don’t forget to include a copy of your invoice so we know who the parcel is from.
