Please note that Design Mode International can only ship orders to Australian postal addresses. Orders over the value of $100 are shipped FREE, all orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $10.00, using our standard shipping service with Australia Post surface mail. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial orders.

Shipping Method

Australia Post surface mail is a door to door service. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name. All orders must be signed for on delivery. If you are not present when delivery takes place a postal card will be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office at a later time.

Shipping Timeframe

Most orders are processed and dispatched within one business day of the order being placed. Please allow 2 to 4 working days on the eastern seaboard of Australia and 5 to 7 working days to WA, NT and SA.

Please be aware that during the Christmas holiday period delivery can take longer than normal. Delivery times are subject to 3rd party suppliers, the quoted delivery times are only an approximation and as such are only a guide to average delivery times. If you require an item to be delivered urgently, call us on – (02) 9998 8200 - or contact us and we can organise either an express post or courier service for you.

Out of Stock

If an item is currently not stocked we will endeavour to inform you and give an approximate time of delivery or alternatively organise a refund. Please note that we cannot control 3rd party suppliers no longer stocking items and will refund any purchases made on such items. In all cases, we will act fairly and responsibly; please leave your contact information with your order so we can communicate with you quickly if an issue arises.


We reserve the right to alter the cost and availability of products where and when necessary.

In the case of where an item has been priced incorrectly, we will contact the customer within 5 working days, offer the customer the correct price for the product or refund all monies to the customer.
